This card is for the Penny Black Saturday Challenge, the theme is stars and stripes! The sketch is from Poetic Artistry, the Mojo Monday challenge, I find these sketches great, wanted to join in for a long time, but never managed. Now I am learning more and more to combine challenges!!

Summer card for 3 challenges

This card I made for 3 challenges: Cute Card Thursday, the theme is "in the water", for Arty Girlz Challenge Blog, the theme is "summer" and Paperminutes, they had this beautiful sketch!!
Since a couple of days I have troubles to make good pictures, they don't seem to be totally clear, but can't find the problem....

Spoon full of sugar with magnolia

This card I made for the Spoon full of Sugar, you had to use 3 kinds of ribbons and for the Dutch Dare challenge, it had to be a card for a girl, this one is for a girl that is starting her next schoolyear.

Cards at the Castle

I have been to the Event "Cards at the Castle", we could follow 5 workshops and on the photo you see what we made. The day was great, such a beautiful location, 140 other cardmaking lovers, lots of drink and food. And ofcourse a lot of shopping to do!! The teachers were all a bit too enthousiastic, there was not enough time to do everything the prepared, but we could take the material and play with it at home! For cardmaking there was not a lot of new stuff to learn, just a few ideas, to make a flower yourself with coffeebags, and I liked the idea of a little miror with ribon around it....

Friday Sketchers 16

The sketch is from Carole from England! It is already week 16, time flies by... Used the same paper, find the colors beautiful. Mostly I make one with papers and than they lie for a long time before using them again, but now I feel I need to make more... Friday Sketchers 13 with Magnolia

When I got this girl I thought I would not make a card with her, and now a few days later there is already one. When I saw the sketch of Kimmie, I directly thought about this paper, and this paper made me think about the palmtree, and there should be this girl on front of it.... When this sketch goes on I am on vacation in Thailand!! Next week I am still on vacation and will not participate. Hope you all have a great summer.
Just wanted to share that everything that can go wrong, went wrong, our flight in Dusseldorf was not going, just a day later.... Too late arrival in Bangkok, the next flight was ofcourse gone and all new flights were full, so we have to wait 1 and a half day before we can fly to our destionation. So we hope to get there this evening very late. We started our journey tuesday at 12.00!! But no worry, now we've got to see Bangkok and it is a wunderful city, so big.... And ofcourse in this big town I had the possibility to use a computer ;-))

Explosion card with Hero Arts and Technic Tuesday

This is the card we made by Ingeborg! She learned it on a workshop. On you tube you find it under explosion card! This one is 10 x 10 cm. The flower is from Technic Tuesday and the swirls are from Hero Arts. I found it a really nice one, made another one but than a little bit bigger......
