"Old" Magnolia challenge

This card I made for the "old" Magnolia challenge we do every week. Bea and Claudia are skipping one week. On the blog of Carole and you can see what she made with this Tilda (she also used the same text, isn't that funny!). The little Tilda on the front is a mini, you can buy those on convention by Magnolia, they are not for sale in their webshop. The one inside with the flower, is the one from the challenge.

I used only 1 design paper to create this envelope, Agnes was so sweet to share this idea with me (and Ineke and Patricia). Because of that it also fits in the Everybody Art Challenge. I used the colors red, white, blue for a swap I am joining....

Stamp with Fun with Magnolia, and we are home!

For this weeks Stamp with Fun I have used the beautiful sketch our guestdesigner Marlene has made for this week! Because there are flowers on, I also can use it for Cute Card Thursday.
Also happy to let you all know that we are back home, my son is diagnosed with diabetics type 1, which means he has to inject 4 times a day insuline, and has to learn to count koolhydrates in his food. So this will be a proces we are going through to learn everything about it and find a new routine for the whole family. So dont know how much time there will be for crafting this first weeks (already have some coloured images from the hospital time). But being home is already a HAPPY thing, and it is a long time ago he felt this good and happy!

Not so much around

Hello dear blogging friends, just wanted to let you know that I am not so much around at the "blogging world". Usually I try to leave a lot of comments when it is my week at Friday Sketchers and also on our new challengeblog Stamp with Fun. But after the easter weekend away, my son had unexpected to go to the hospital today, and he has to stay for some (?) days. I will go and try to make some cards for at least these two challengeblogs, but dont know if I can manage, hope to see you all very soon!!

Egg-cards with Magnolia

This cards I made for a swap it had to be a egg-card. Also for the "old" Magnolia challenge we do every wednesday. And Claudia I am so late because I tried to do some photoshopping..... :-) Hope I can live up to your expectations... ?!?!?

The egg is about 18 cm high and 11.5 cm wide, I made for each card to the same eggs, the one on the back has a fold line about 4 cm from the top, the upper 4 cm is glued to the first card, this way it can stand.

It also fits in a lot of challenges who have the theme Easter: Everybody Art Challenge , Dutch Dare Card Challenge. Than the theme, anything that can fly, chickens can fly a little from Paperminutes.
